I wonder what set some above to get the interview chance. You think if I emailed recruiter to ask for advice on application etc they would even reply?

yea, I thought my resume and cover letter were good too, I precepted in peds just at a hospital in FL. very interested to see if anyone not employed or completed a preceptor ship got a interview request.

I put NICU, medical as second and float team as last choice but I said I would take anything as well LOL. Good luck!!

I live in Florida so I hope that doesn’t hurt my chances. I have all of my stuff ready for a Washington license but still people get weird I feel when you have to move for a job. How many spots are there for this residency cohort?
