QCC (queensborough) Nursing fall 2021
Im in the day program and @Cookies_n_Cream33 I think it’s Taylor: Fundamentals of Nursing 9th Edition, but I will see @Medsurgbst will say. I got the info from the QCC website, on the Prospective Nursing Students page, in the section where it says Estimated Fees for Nursing Students, the book fees show that the book for NU101 is that one.

Wow, I cannot thank you enough for reaching out so quickly and giving advice for incoming students, I’ll do my best to pass it forward. I’ll send you my info the minute I hear back. ? I’m willing to connect to everyone else who winds up in this year’s cohort too, anything that helps for studying for these classes!

Thank you so much for the quick reply and information @Medsurgbst. I sent in the grades for both classes, so I hope that inconsistency doesn’t bode any issues for acceptance and they take the grade for BI-302 instead. Again, thanks for taking the time to answer, I’ll take any opportunity to get a jumpstart on the class because I’m fully aware of how hard just NU-101 is. My plan really is just living and breathing to study for the class, if I hear back.

QCC (queensborough) Nursing fall 2021
Hi, I just applied and I’m awaiting results for my application as well. I got my interview back on April 21st. I didn’t know this about withdrawals being accounted for as a repeat course as well, I had assumed repeat simply referred to completing and retaking the course for a higher grade. The withdrew grade for me was in BI-301, in which I got a B in. I hope this doesn’t disqualify me for consideration all together. I wanted to ask how I can send in an appeal after the fact? I also took the BI-301 co-requisite as well (and all co-requisites) from my previous college, but ended up with a B-, dropping my pre-req GPA from a 3.6 to 3.53 ? My PAX score is 147, but I dunno how much this reconciles my grade.
