  1. You won’t know until you apply! Every cohort will be different. Current cohort has as little as 2.5 years to as much as 10+ years of clinical experience. The requirement for the personal statement is on the LEAP website under essay. It should be about why you need this program at this juncture in your life. https://case.edu/nursing/programs/leap-certificate-pathway I would just make sure you have a really solid CV, with leadership, clinical & volunteer experience just like any other CRNA program. They are picking the best candidates. Interview is rough. You will interview with all of the directors from each affiliate school in separate break out rooms for an hour. It is mostly clinical with a couple emotional intelligence. I recommend to apply as early as possible and get all your stuff in on time.
  2. I feel like I shined in most the rooms but definitely had those dumb IDK moments ? they can’t expect us to know everything. I’m feeling slightly discouraged as time keeps passing and I just want to know
  3. LOL the most intense room had to be UAB and emory
  4. What did it say before? I never checked ? I’m tired of waiting
  5. Yea I’m MICU and I was getting cardiac stuff ? but it’s all good!! I still think I did well overall! And honestly we aren’t going to know everything! So that’s refreshing Hopefully we hear back soon!! Fingers crossed!!
  6. WHEW! I’m so happy that it’s over haha! I feel pretty okay. There were definitely some clinical questions I didn’t know… some stuff that has nothing to do with my specialty. ? you?
  7. Okay awesome! I guess it’s not so bad. LOL! Did they say when they’d make decisions?
  8. Oooooh okay that makes sense! Any emotional intelligence? Or straight clinical. Also, did they base it off your current experience or was it any type of ICU Thanks for sharing btw! @CNAtoAnesthesia
  9. Wait…. Lmaoooo they interviewed you for an HOUR?!
  10. Same!!! Literally exactly what I did.. CCRN material How did it go? Was it intense? Or easier than you thought?
  11. Whew!! I’m ready to get it out the way! How have you been preparing? Good luck!!
