Hi to all, for those who asked, I did passed the NCLEX last 2016. However I do not need to do the visa screening because I am under my husband’s petition. But I have co-workers that got their green cards without doing the visa screening. They said most of the new IO don’t ask for it. But you don’t want to risk it just in case.

You can take the NCLEX with no issue. The CGFNS only banned the June 2006 NLE passer from getting a VISA SCREEN which eventually you will need when you will apply employment based petition.

I did passed ph board 2006 and took NCLEX on 2016 and passed it.

I have friend that applied for endorsement before and had a deficiency. Years later he attempt to apply again without completing the deficiency he had before and got his endorsement approved. This was just 3 yrs ago.

Hi any news? I applied online and paid last 4/23 and received fingerprint card on 4/30. Called the BON on what next to do but they said just wait for mail. Then my friend who also applied for endorsement before told me to print out the forms that needed to be submitted in my school. I am an international graduate. Can anyone tell me if they get any mail for instructions on what to do next? Thank you in advance.

Hi lijahnna! I know this off topic, this is a question regarding your topic about June 2006 nle passer. I am in the same position. I am one of the June 2006 nle passer and I wanted to endorse my RN license from NY to California. I’m on the process now but don’t know if there will be a problem in the long run. Did you happen got your california RN license? Thank you in advance.
