Santa Ana College Fall 22 ADN Program
Hey sorry for the late response; the points range for the last app period was 90.5 - 103 points!

Saddleback ADN Program Fall 2022
@lumborum according to the website, the cutoff was 83, but some people from the waitlist who had 80-82 points also got in. I think they took that info down after changing the multi-criteria points. I’m not sure how the new points system will affect things. I talked to a counselor and she didn’t know either.

Saddleback College ADN Spring 2022
Not sure. I got As in everything except a B in anatomy and a B in Physio. But I got an A in pharm, psych, lifecycle 1+2, math, and comm. oh and an A in micro. But they don’t actually give extra points for having As in the coreqs. And I talked to a councilor about my app and am confident that all my points were totaled correctly. I know last application period the cut off was 81 points, so I’d be really surprised if it went down. I bet you’re selling yourself short! Congrats on getting in!

Saddleback College ADN Spring 2022
I would bet you had more than you think, because I had 78 points and didn't get in. (I have a Bachelors degree so 5 points, EMT license so 5 more, 3.4 prereq GPA for 20 points, 20 points for completing all of the nursing classes we can do, 3 points for life experience, and 93.3% on the TEAS for 25 points)

@kenjiijo That is frustrating! A friend of mine hasn’t received anything back either, and she also got a confirmation. So weird.

Did you receive a confirmation email when you submitted your app?

Santa Ana Nursing ADN Fall 2021
Not nearly enough, I believe 75, but who knows what they evaluated me at. I applied knowing my only chance for this application period was the lottery. I'll have a lot more points when I apply for Spring 22.

Santa Ana Nursing ADN Fall 2021
@monicamrtinz Happy to help. I just got my rejection email an hour ago, so I’ll bet any emails they have to send out will be done by today. And if you didn’t get in this time, don’t give up! I’m not!

CSUSM ABSN Fall 2021
Based on this forum it seems like they've let people in for Summer '21, but I don't think Fall '21 cohort has been notified yet. I bet people start finding out in the next week or so. And the reason I don't think I'll get in is because my last 60 GPA for this app cycle was a 3.05 (terrible I know, I'm pretty ashamed about it actually), and my pre-nursing GPA is a 3.4 (I took english 1 and chem during undergrad and got Bs in those, and I got a B in both semesters of A&P). So I think my points are 28 (but I haven't gotten my score report back yet either so I don't know for sure.. we should be getting those emails soon). But on the bright side, after my 15 units of A this semester I should jump up to like a 3.55 for last 60, and I'm retaking English 1 over the Summer along with whatever other 3 unit class I can get enrolled in. And assuming I get As in both of those (I feel confident I can), my pre-nursing GPA will be a 3.5 and my last 60 GPA will be a 3.65, so my application points should go up to 36, which MIGHT get me in. And if it doesn't, I'll just keep taking more classes and work as an EMT until I get in!! And yeah, thankfully I did great on the TEAS! It took me a really long time to figure out how to succeed in school, and study in a way that works for me. I'm still making up for the (hundreds of) academic mistakes I made during undergrad.
