  1. Thank you umbdude! I had been on hold with customer service for over an hour yesterday and finally got through today. For anyone encountering this in the future I found out through Mass.gov and MassHealth customer service that you would fill out the MassHealth non-billing provider form. You actually do not need a tracking number and Masshealth will not provide you with one for the non-billing form - you can just leave this space blank. You can leave all the other information blank if you do not have a license number or job yet. This is a new MA requirement as of 2019.
  2. I am applying for an APRN license in MA. To apply, it asks to check the box that states " I am enrolled in MassHealth as a fully participating provider or non-billing provider OR I have submitted a thoroughly completed application to be a fully participating provider or non-billing provider AND signed a provider contract to MassHealth". However to be able to complete an application for MassHealth, it requires you to have a license number and dea number ... it makes no sense. Also, In the instructions to apply for an APRN license, it doesn't state anywhere that you need to be fully enrolled in MassHealth. Does anyone know anything about this or is anyone able to give any insight!?
  3. Did anyone find the answer to this question? To apply for the Board of Massachusetts, it asks to check the box that states " I am enrolled in MassHealth as a fully participating provider or non-billing provider OR I have submitted a thoroughly completed application to be a fully participating provider or non-billing provider AND signed a provider contract to MassHealth". It doesn't state anywhere on the Mass.gov site that this is a requirement for the APRN application. Any insight is GREALY appreciated!!
