  1. Congratulations to you as well! Most of my friends in NP school worked almost full time the first year but per diem so they had more control of schedule. The pay is usually more depending on what state you are in and how long you have been an RN. Once clinicals start, they were usually able to pick up when they had time off. Definitely time management and sacrifice for a few years but worth it once finished! Also you may check out companies like Medeley, it’s 1099 work so be careful there but even more flexible with schedule. You can book up to day of sometimes.
