   attending Columbia is a dream of mine! but also have a few other options that are much less expensive! that is what I am struggling with...justifying the cost. I don't want to be paying off loans for the rest of my life

   struggling because Columbia is a great school and have had amazing communications with everybody thus far...it's just the cost! anybody else struggling with the thought of paying soooo much? LOL

   I emailed and they responded saying that they usually don't (only for med or military) and that it is case-by-case! so they don't offer part-time or deferment basically! but you can always try? ?

   went to check application status this morning and it updated to "additional review required" - I emailed someone and they said not to worry and that the decisions should be released "soon"
