Yay for you guys! I would prepare by having a brief "tell me about yourself" response down. Also focus on practicing scenario & personal experience questions. Then try to incorporate different nursing traits (interpersonal, compassion, integrity, etc.) and patient/community service into your responses! Our interview was on Zoom last year with about 5 students per group and 3 professors who ran the interview. Im not sure if your interview will be in person or not, but they already know your grades & test scores so just try to really show them your personality and that you are dedicated/serious about nursing! Congrats on your interview!! I'd say there is a really good chance of securing a spot. I believe they interviewed around 75 people for our cohort of 48 people. Best of luck to you!

Hi! I received an email for the interview I believe this week a year ago! I am pretty sure it was also on a Friday. I only got the e-mail through my CSUCI e-mail. I would keep checking everything though because if you have your person e-mail connected to your CI Records, it may also send to that one. Goodluck and I hope you hear something very soon!

Hi! I also applied for Spring 2021 and at first it showed up the same for my status on the portal. I just checked it today, about a week or so after submitting my app, and it now updated to "Fall 2021" for my applicant status. Hope this helps! ?
