Did you see the email about registration next week? I rarely use facebook but if a group is created I'll definitely join. I am getting nervous now LOL

I have access to register but I'm unsure of what classes to pick. I'm thinking they'll explain the 30th/Wedn. I am scared to pick the wrong courses and get in trouble LOL

Hi, I saw you were accepted as well, congrats! So I’m so confused with Mercy. On my Mercy connect my registration date is tomorrow but nothing has been sent to me. I can only assume they’ll pick the classes for us? I’m very confused.

They do send them but through the portal from what I read.

Yes, I am set for registration of classes on Monday morning of next week.

An update for those awaiting still; my portal has given us registration appointment dates for Summer classes. My appointment is set for mid-March, so I think they are still making decisions!

I was told about my acceptance on the 18th early in the morning. I would perhaps call the person responsible for the ABSN program admission. I've been doing my research and the class size total I have seen thus far doesn't exceed 60, so definitely call them! I will pass on whatever information I am given. ?

If it helps, registration hasn't started for the Summer semester. It's on viewable mode on our end but it's not open for registration. I got my letter on the 18th and I'm still waiting for an update on their end too. I'll send an email or call in the next few days and see what is the status of registration for the Summer entry class.

@futurama-mama Classes begin June 1st and end August 9th for the Summer entry class. I am guessing fall entry must be sometime soon after that.

Congrats to you too!! It is so bittersweet to receive acceptances but not go due to pricing. And that is interesting that March 5th would be the due date for deposits. I assume many would still not know by then but perhaps the majority of the class will. I am hoping this means the acceptances will roll out fast haha. Also If anyone wants to know the tuition for NYU for Spring 2022 was 30K and change. If you remove the medical insurance & use your personal medical insurance (which they verify) it drops to 28K and change. The nursing scholarship they offer is 3K and change. Still leaving you with a whopping 24-25K bill to foot with student loans unless you have other forms of funding and other scholarships. The textbook costs will range in the hundreds as well. And the program is 4 semesters long which is an incredible amount of money in loans... at least for me as a mom of multiple kiddos. Hope this helps someone! ?

Hi! I finally got to apply for Summer 2022 after halting my application & holding back until all my pre-q grades were completed. I was accepted to both NYU and LIU but their tuitions both turned me off from going. NYU offered me very little in scholarship funds and LIU offered none. Mercy is close to me and so much cheaper. I am really hoping to get lucky and be accepted.

I like that this school is cheaper than the other ABSN programs but these added courses seem like such a waste of money. Aside from this are the semesters back to back without a break? I would prefer this.

Can someone please tell me how many months is the program after the first pre-q's courses? Is it an additional 3 semesters after the initial pre q's or is it just 2 more semesters. All other ABSN programs don't seem to have these extra courses prior to starting the real nursing courses so I wanted some clarification. Basically, what I'm asking is, is the program 2 years with these additional starting courses? Thank you so much!

Does anyone else not see the ABSN option on the application? I see they are having maintenance on the website but just checking to see I am not the only one.
