Thank you..I corrected it today.. It just really messed with me cause I check and recheck and then checked again.. I talked to my supervisor and she laughed at me for panicking .. she said it shows I haven't been a nurse for too long .. guess with years and experience I will know that not everything requires me to loose my crap?

State is making a regular visit.. No I signed it out of the electronic MAR correctly.. didn't sign it on the paper med book..

Hi I have been at my job 6 months.. last night I passed 2 narcs .. one at 1600 and one at 2100 ( same patient) signed them out correctly in the EMARR.. was exhausted.. realized at 2100 when I was signing the 2nd out that I didn't sign out 1600..so what do I do.. sign out "2" at 2100.. and I 2as so exhausted I didn't realize till I was home .. state is supposed to be here any day.. am I going to lose my license

May not be a popular decision but I gave my 2 weeks the next day. Was not fond of the support I wasn't getting. Thanks to all of you for your words of wisdom

Yes , my employer definitely has thrown me under.. which makes me rethink working here all thogher.. All 9 phone calls the family member made that day I just listened and just told her factually info about her mother .. I have asked my manager to speak with her from now on ? ? good advice ..thank ya

Yes I called all the higher ups and informed them of the situation..they were all upset with me??but how was I supposed to go something I was never told of? Lady called back 8 more times to check on her mom and inform me of how I would be jobless and without food?

Hi guys. I am a new nurse and I had a horrible day. Hoping y'all can help me out. I just started at a memory care unit 3 weeks ago. Today, I sent someone out for a fall for the 1st time ( broken wrist) ... called the NP... she ordered me to send them out so I called Emergency ... attempted to reach the family ... paramedics came and took her to the ER ... finally got in touch with the family. The 1st thing they ask is if she had one of our aides with her. I found out later that this was policy which I was never told about. This lady now says she is coming after my license. Should I be scared?
