  1. It did not say when to give my decision (though I already have). I assume it's by the two weeks they want the deposit by.
  2. Hey! I got an email that I was accepted this afternoon, but my portal showed it last night, as well. Unfortunately, I will not be accepting this offer, as I'm already committed to another program. If it matters, I got my application in super early. Like late December, I believe. Perhaps they're going in order received.
  3. Has anyone heard anything from the school yet?
  4. You have to get the titers done to make sure the immunizations are still effective, I believe.
  5. Hey everyone! Just got my acceptance as well! looking forward to meeting you all and taking this journey together. Mine came later than everyone else's so it may be individualized.
  6. Oh! Good to know it can take a while. When I triple checked to make sure my transcripts had arrived, I was told that the application on GET will say "incomplete" until a department decision is made. Once it's made and we're informed, the GET page will change to say "admitted" or "complete" (ie. not admitted)
  7. Speaking of optimistic, has anyone gotten their titers drawn? Or gotten any of the other paperwork done?
  8. Hey Everyone! I'm super excited at the prospect of attending MSMU, even with the sticker shock (eek.) It's such a beautiful school. My stats are: Undergrad: 3.8 - Screenwriting Pre-reqs: 4.0 (science); I think I got a B+ on one or two of those LACE pre-reqs, but I can't recall. Experience: CNA with 2 years experience; birth/post-partum doula for 2 years before that. @RN2022goals - That's amazing your friend was able to pay it off so quickly!!
  9. Oooh. There it is. Mine's "incomplete," as well. Weird, I can only see that on my phone.
  10. Hmm... mine just sends me to a link to "register to vote" after I click "student center." @BrittanyS are you seeing anything like that? @JJoy98 are you also seeing options for enrollment and a whole menu with a bunch of other stuff or just the admissions status?
  11. Has anyone been accepted into the university itself? Not the program, but just CSULA. Were you contacted via email? I am looking at the GET page and don't see "admissions" or "application status" under "self service" tab. I do see enrollment options for previous semesters and other student service options, but haven't been contacted by the university at all.
  12. That's interesting. When I got my interview invitation, the time slots were only a few days out. But this was very early on into the interviewing process. So they may be sending invites out still, @Caity. Hoping the best for you!
  13. Hi @enneadri, I asked for clarification regarding this, and was told we did not need to send another copy of our official transcripts. Also, @Potato_ph, thank you so much for the advice! I got it to work out of pure frustration.
  14. Hmm... I'm not seeing an "opt out" option, and if I just skip it, it says I have an incomplete application. I'm wondering if it's something I'm completely missing or if there's something wrong with my code or something else.
  15. I see the second degree applicant note at the bottom of the transcript entry page. "Second Bachelor Applicants - If you are editing your entries on the Transcript Entry and had previously completed the GPA Entries, you will need to resave your work for the GPA Entries section to be marked complete." I'm not understanding how exactly we proceed with this because until we fill it out correctly, the application can't be submitted. Any guidance? P.S. This application process is making me feel geriatric; like I can hardly operate computers.
