I am a current nursing student I am am interested in peri-op as well has going into the Navy. It seems difficult to find info about peri-op nursing in the navy. What made you choose to go active duty?

Hello I am a nursing student and I am interested in learning more about working in the OR. I understand the roles of the scrub and circulator, but does anyone have experience working at the VA? How does it compare to working at a regular hospital?Also does anyone have experience working as a first assist? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I did not get an interview. I send them an email last night and they responded with that.

Got an email today saying they will send email decisions either next week or early March. I was hoping to know by now.

Nothing for me today, but hopefully tomorrow is the big day!
