I’d say most of the positions are for night shift. I think it just depends on needs the unit you apply for. If you really want day shift you can always talk to your supervisor/ manager about it once your hired.

Hi :) thank you for the update. I did see that post too. My friend who got the interview a week ago, just got an offer for the Tele unit for the new grad residency program. She told me that the 5 nurses they posted are apart of one cohort. They will be doing a second August cohort that she is a part of. I am not sure if they are still going to do interviews. I did not receive a call either.

Hi, I have an update. One of my friends received a call today for an interview for Pomona’s RN Residency Program.

Hi! I posted on a facebook new grad RN page asking if any one has heard back from Pomona. Everyone who commented said that they haven’t received a call. Someone just commented today saying that Pomona is behind schedule!

I haven not got a call back for an interview yet either. I seen that the job posting closed last Tuesday. So I’m wondering if it’s 2-3 weeks from that date or from when we sent in our application. Have not heard back yet either! I have my license ?

Hi! ? You did not miss a step. There was not a section to put what unit you are interested in. I believe if you get a call for an interview they will ask you what your unit preference is. I just personally wanted to put on my cover letter that I am interested in the Labor and Delivery unit.
