Hello everyone, I have been accepted to Creighton university ABSN program (12 months) and Alverno college DEMSN program (18months). I am reading about some mixed reviews about the DEMSN program with Alverno College and would appreciate it if any current student in or someone familiar with either program could kindly share some insights. Thank you.

Congratulations on your acceptance! I am in similar boat but mine is with Alverno DEMSN program and Creighton university Accelerated BSN ( one year). Hopefully we get some more insights . All the best!

I got off the waitlist three days ago! ( APNI DNP/FNP Track ). I almost gave up but here we go... anything could happen. From emails and forums, it appears people can come off the waitlist anytime till classes start in June 21st. All the best to everyone.

I am not sure if those classes you took would be able to transfer as the APNI might be designed a little differently. I once asked them if RN courses from another school would transfer but the answer was No since the APNI courses are graduate level. If you prefer SU then go for it even if you can't transfer. The knowledge will always be useful. Congratulations on your acceptance!

Hello folks, congratulations to all who have been accepted ?. I am on the wait list too. ? It's all good. I saw these schools that offer distance BSN if anyone might be interested: Emory University in Atlanta Georgia. Cost about 70k. You would have to be there couple of times during the program for internship but everything is pretty much online with clinical in home state if your state is eligible. Good reviews. Rolling admission. University of Wisconsin (Oskosh). The cost is about 42K. Clinical in home state as well if eligible. Accepting now for October 2021 start and February 2022 start. Another one is Alverno college which gives MSN/BSN after completion in 16months. Located in Milwaukee. You would to relocate for this one. Cost is about 53k. Admit 3 times in a year.

Congratulations! It's always great to have some options. Which school are you accepting if you don't mind? The wait is crazy especially if you need to make plans to move out of state and all that.
