Hey! Did you ever come across anything? I just passed the NCLEX and I'm also looking to get into the OR. I applied to one of the Northwell fellowships which I'm really hoping I get but I know they hire from within first so I'd like to find some other options but I haven't seen anything else :/

I submitted unofficial transcripts that showed I had two classes in progress! I actually had to pay for an official transcript pdf and upload it because the unofficial transcript my school offered didn’t have all the information they needed on it. So now I have to pay again to have my official transcripts sent over as soon as the semester is over LOL

I interviewed Wednesday and they said we would hear back early this week the latest. Hoping to hear back today ??

Yes, there is a drug test!

I got my call around 4:15 pm but other people on this forum received calls around 8 pm. I think it’s people working from home who make the phone calls from their personal phones so it could come at any time of day

I submitted mid January my status already changed to “screening complete”

Mine did! It must’ve changed within the past 3 hours or so because I checked it earlier and it was “forwarded to program” good luck!!

I’ve been refreshing all day but still nothing ? Praying something happens later and we all get called!

Usually that’s what priority means for other schools but when I attended an info session they said that they do not view applications in any particular order so for NYU I don’t really think the priority deadline matters

They told me 48 hours but it took about 24

There are still other schools in the area with a fall start that haven’t sent out decisions or have only sent out a few so far (ie NYU and Downstate), so I’m wondering if maybe they’re holding off because they anticipate people dropping out of the program in order to go to another. Good luck!

If you can spare the application fee, I would say go for it. You never know and the worst that can happen is you get rejected

If it says file forwarded to program for review then I think you’re fine. I think what they said during the info sessions was that it will not be sent to the program if you have too many classes outstanding.

Good luck!! I was accepted to Pace and had to pay the tuition deposit to hold my place even though I’m still waiting to hear back from other schools. Pace only gave a week to put a deposit down so I had no choice ?

I ordered mine through the common app but they only did paper copies. One of my schools sent it in like a week and nyu notified me that they received it but my other school was delayed and it was making me nervous so I ordered a pdf copy from my school and had it sent directly to nyu instead of the common app.
