  1. I have read in the Nursing program outline that you should not work more then 20 hours a week while in the program. What does everyone think about that. I am afraid that I will not be able to pay the bills if that is the case. I am leaving a decent paying job that I hate to do this. I thought that I would work in the hospital in phlebotomy which is not real well paid job but it would put me in the surroundings of what I would be doing. Any suggestions would be great.
  2. I am so sorry this happening to you, I have taken A&P which are taught separately at my college and also have taken Micro already. You are only allowed 1 C in the 3 sciences and can not retake the course unless you fail and only with the instructors permission. You are paying top dollar for your education and your instructor should be paying attention to those who want to learn. Our instructors were pretty brutal on those not paying attention and would kick them out of class. They also locked the doors so those who were late could not get in. It was great! Good luck to you all!
  3. yes it does! cuesta's program is rated very high with +90% passing the nclex. there is currently a 2 year waiting list to get in because they only have 1 class per semester. suzan
