Chico State BSN Fall 2021
I think the timeline is really weird considering the deadline to enroll for other programs was also May 1st? If you had been accepted to other CSU’s and were on the fence of where to attend there is no way to wait for Chico’s decision. Seems strange to me. Oh well, good luck everyone.

SJSU FALL 2021 BSN
@edward3908 @swizzleshow41 Thanks guys, I am thinking about appealing but I’m not sure what I would say? It is disappointing to be right at the cutoff it seems, the B I have is in English nearly 8 years ago...The last 5 years are straight up 4.0 ?

SJSU FALL 2021 BSN
I got denied. Congratulations to those of you that got in! What an achievement :)! I had 94 on the TEAS and only one B in the prereqs. When they said straight A’s they really meant it! Luckily I got into my backup school (CU in Colorado) but again congrats everyone and good luck in your program!

SDSU FALL 2021 BSN
I guess it wasn't a letter really it was just the small paragraph at the top of the page. My status changed from "pending" to "denied admission" and right under that was the drop down. Don't lose hope! Apply everywhere!

SDSU FALL 2021 BSN
It was on the student portal when I checked admission status. In the denial letter it gives me the option of indicating waitlist, and at the bottom of the page there's a drop down "yes" or "no"

They waitlisted me. Thankfully I was accepted elsewhere so the news doesn't hurt TOO bad. Congrats to everyone who got in!

CU Denver Traditional program 2021
Hi, Congrats on your acceptance! I was accepted also. No doubt the competition was rigorous! I feel like all of us were strong candidates but unfortunately there's only so many seats. I'm definitely relieved that the application period is over, what a stressful process! I don't spend much time on fb but I'm interested in connecting!

Chico State BSN Fall 2021
Thanks but I think you misunderstood my comment. I called ATI already. They confirmed with me that it wasn't in the drop down list you see when you try to share from the "results" page. That's how I sent my score my other schools, but for Chico I had to do it differently.

Chico State BSN Fall 2021
Hi everyone, So I found this on Chico's FAQ page Q. I don't see Chico State School of Nursing listed as a location to send my TEAS result to. How do I submit my TEAS result? A. From your ATI account, place an order for your result to be sent to Chico State University. This is connected to our School of Nursing email. So, it seems I wasn't the only one having an issue. According to ATI (I gave them a call) the main drop down list glitches and can exclude some schools, so they led me through a different way to send it. Maybe this will help others with the same issue: instead of "sharing" your result with a school from the results page, you need to buy a transcript, checkout, and then indicate CSU Chico. Thanks.

CU Denver Traditional program 2021
I think it's normal to be critical of ourselves after the fact! My group didn't seem that competitive with one another, most of them seemed quiet due to nervousness. I was the most outspoken one in my group and took a natural lead, but I still left my interview feeling like I dominated over the others and maybe even talked too much. We're our own worst enemy because I'm sure if I talked less, I'd probably have the same worries that you do. If it's not one thing it's another ? Think positive thoughts!

I'm sorry to be this annoying, but I still don't see it. Do you mind telling me which other schools are listed near it? Even searching the page for "chico" comes up with nothing ?

Chico State BSN Fall 2021
Hi everyone, Have y'all sent sent your TEAS scores to the school already? Either I'm blind... or I'm having trouble locating CSU Chico in the drop down list on ATI's website. thanks and good luck to all applying!

CU Denver Traditional program 2021
Hi everyone! My interview date is on the 15th and I'm super nervous/excited! If selected I would be moving from California to attend. I really wish I could meet you guys in person!! Good luck to everyone applying ?

CSULA Fall 2021
I'm right there with you on the TEAS, it's frustrating to score lower than you wanted to. I wonder if admissions will take note of how easy it is to miss 3 in one section and have it tank your grade... That's what happened to me in the English portion! I missed 3 out of 9 in one area and it hurt a lot. Oh well, let's hope for the best! ?

CSULA Fall 2021
Hi everyone, I'm going back and forth on applying, did anyone else read that you can only apply one time?? Apparently this was just changed October of this year. I'm super scared of "wasting" my one shot, especially after messing up part of the TEAS (75 in English with 87, 90, and 89 in the other sections ?) which brought my overall score to 86%. I don't have enough time to retake before the deadline. My cGPA is 3.84 and I think my prereq GPA is at 3.76 if I'm using the right classes for the calculations (Anatomy, Chem, English Comp, Stats) I have nearly 700 hours as an EMT (4 months) and a year of experience working in a substance abuse rehab facility. I live locally and would be getting preference from the CC I attended. I have lots of community related volunteer work (not healthcare) but I'm not sure I should include that... What do you guys think?? Should I apply knowing my stats aren't the best and take the chance? ? thank you to anyone who responds and BEST OF LUCK TO EVERYONE!
