Hi, I am glad to find this site since I have wondered how to conduct a reflective discussion for my next revalidation. I am currently in NY, USA. As I have read the posts on this site, my understanding is that I need someone who has an NMC PIN for the reflective discussion. It means it is alright to ask a friend who has never worked with me, but she is currently registered with NMC. Is it correct? Would it be alright to set up a Zoom meeting with the friend or an ex-colleague in the UK? I would be extremely grateful if someone could answer my questions. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
