I requested Dual and got Primary. Maybe I can add the Acute later! I just hear it’s great for the larger scope of practice. But if I could only do one it would have been Primary anyways so I’m happy!

@SurgicalRN I’m having the same signing issue! I’m just going to sign it to show my acceptance and they will probably just resend it with the correct space.

@SurgicalRN Nice! Go Dawgs! I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life while at UGA so there lies the reasoning behind my unconventional nursing path haha. But I wouldn't trade those years in Athens for anything! I just hope I get in and that we find out sooner rather than later! I saw on a thread for this semester last year that people were hearing acceptances around the last week of November so hopefully this next month will fly by!

@mkicks are you applying to the RN-MSN bridge program? I got my Bachelors in Psychology from UGA before nursing school which is why I did the ADN program, knowing that UAB has a bridge option like this! Not to put all of my eggs in one basket or anything!

@ShockEmRN I've been told by a few friends that the first year is pretty manageable while working full-time but once clinicals start, it'll be in our best interest to scale back to part-time. I'm hoping I can just eliminate one day per week to trade out with a clinical day. I work M-F currently with two kiddos at home so REALLY hoping that its manageable or else I will be real tired by the end of the week ?

I finished my application in August for the Summer 2021 semester. Talk about anxiously waiting.... I applied to the Dual APPNP program; anyone else taking that route? @mkicks8488 I don't think there is an interview process. Were you able to skip the GRE?
