Utube Remar Nurse RN or Lpn she is the Real Deal, Go into her utube channel she offers real content, She offers a program and book and it's not costly it's so perfect. The big nursing companies offer a pretty fancy website with lots of overwhelming unessary info to learn with a high price, it's not worth paying. You will , you must pass NCLEX with ReMar nurse . hi Lori, It can be very discouraging when one fails an exam or anything for that matter in life. But 1, You passed nursing school, "Congrats"!! Today put everything aside from school, notebooks, etc. (Going back to stuff from school can be overwhelming). Write on your bathroom mirror with a whiteboard marker, " I can, I will, I must pass NCLEX." (This is the statement from ReMar nurse.com) Please take a look at her program, you can even go with a free trial. I have never seen a test prep help her students more than her. Trust me on this. Skylark, sorry to hear about your mom. I don't know much about the UK's standard of care. My mom has a dear friend she visits yearly in Creswell, both in their early 80's. It takes time to get into the office (the GP's rotate locations, so you have to wait until there is someone at the location for an appointment) however there is usually a visiting nurse (this process begins with the GP placing a referral to have a nurse visit a patient at home) My mom is also a retired Critical care nurse, so there have been times where she will hear her friend c/o sob, burning on urination or blood and she gets after one of the sons or grandchild to contact the GP. With this in mind, just get your mom in for appointment with a GP and take it from there. Perhaps siblings or friend living there can assist. Another place you may want to try is the hospital, there must be a clerk or someone who can assist with numbers. hi Kate, I know you posted in Oct but wanted to Congrats on passing your nursing program. Regarding prepping for NCLEX, only you know if you are ready. I liked ReMar Nurse for testing. The company has everything needed, plus Regina is an amazingly caring instructor. Wishing you the best Kate,
