  1. Hello, I am currently at the phase where I have to fill out the NPSB requirements. I was sent a self assessment tool for experienced nurses, where am to address the 9 nurse qualification standards. I am at a loss on how to start. Can anyone direct me to somewhere can find an example or sendme an example?? [email protected] Do I write an example for each standard? The self assessment tool has it lumped into 4 areas. Any help would be appreciated! Little background, LVN for 5 yrs, RN for 7, BSN.
  2. Thank you and yes they did provide the 9 pathways and examples. I guess I need to just sit and think about each one individually and also my career to decide what to write. Just wasn't expecting all this writing besides a resume, LOL.
  3. Hello, this is my first time posting on here! I am applying for a VA RN position and I was told I had to submit a document that gives examples of 9 pathways that will determine my salary. I have never done this before and am a little concerned about not doing it correctly?? My background, I have been in nursing for 12 years, 5 as a LVN and 7 as a RN, I've had my BSN for 1 year. Can anyone give me insight or examples of what I should be writing about?? Thank you y'all in advance!
