Good afternoon all. So I am new to this whole VA background. And so I was told that I would need to write a proficiency report. I haven't been given specifics yet. I'm a somewhat of a new nurse so I don't know what they would be looking for other than my experience up too now. Can someone explain to me how this works?

I live in Texas. I will be working for a VA clinic. And they sounded like they were in a rush to get someone hired. I hope it goes quick.

Hello all, I am going through the VA hiring process and I just submitted my references. Anyone that has already gone through the process can you all tell me if I have a lot longer to wait. I waited a week and half to hear that they were moving forward with my background and references. So I'm just so eager and ready. Your replies are greatly encouraged.
