I applied to NICU so I'm hoping for a miracle as well like @baysil said hahaha I applied to CHLA and was rejected twice and I just left my first RN job so right now I'm just floating around to get to where I'm meant to be one day, whether it's peds or not ? Where else are you all applying to?

Same, the portal also says not selected so I think mines real. I'm so so bummed ? It's hard to keep our heads up so I'm sending positive vibes to those who got a rejection email as well, know that there are other opportunities on your way ?

According to their timeline we'll all hear back on Sept 11, but hopefully you'll hear back sooner? I'm so nervous for the NICCU interview as well. That 1 hour will seem like 3 days ?‍ Do you happen to know how many they are hiring for NICCU?

I still haven't heard from NICCU

For those who are still waiting to hear back, I reached out to TA and was told they are still coordinating with units for interviews scheduled the first week of September and that we will hear back early next week. Fingers crossed for the rest of us!

Congratulations and good luck on your interview!! Was PICU your 1st choice? I believe we only get one interview for one unit and it depends on our preferences and the unit needs.

I think by the end of this week because I was told second round interviews begin from Aug 28 - Sep 7 and final offers will be on Sep 11 or so. Also just curious what's everyone's unit preferences? Mine are NICCU and 5 East ?

Thank you BriNoel!! My last name starts with V so it makes sense I received it later than the others. I think the reason why Mark could've sent them out individually is because in the email he attached a personalized document called "Status Sheet/Admissions Restrictions" that includes some of the requirements one will have to submit such as official transcripts/bachelor's degree/GPA/Epi course.

I came back from Lunar New Year mass and got an email from Mark at 12:20pm. I'm in! My #1 school and the only school I applied to... I'll be praying for the rest of you, hoping to see more good news very soon!
