  1. Hi Adar28, I'm in the same boat with you. What classes are you taking this Oct.and with what instructors? I'm only starting with the first class (transitions into professional nursing) because I have a lot on my plate right now.
  2. We are way too similar! I love it! I'm hoping papers are not difficult too write. They are very picky with grading in my current program. Well I really hope to be in the same class with you in October. I'm still in the process of having my transcripts evaluated so if I only have to take the 7 nursing classes and 2 electives, I more than likely will start this October. Keep me updated with what you decide. ?
  3. Are the instructors harsh on grading papers? Writing is not my strongest subject thats why im asking LOL. The program I am in now is online because of COVID, but initially I was supposed to be an on-campus student. Girl, do what you think is best for you! I just feel at this point, I want a school that isn't overwhelming, and where I can finish relatively quickly.
  4. It looks like I have to have a platinum membership to start a private conversation or at least 15 posts haha
  5. What do the two people you know say about the program? Did they also do the RN-BSN online program? I just know I don't want to continue with the program I am in now. It's way too overwhelming, the teachers are harsh graders, and the work load is so much. And the the fact that my friend speaks wonders about the RN-BSN route is so enticing. I feel like I can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel. LOL
  6. We are literally in the same shoes! LOL this is too crazy. I’m nervous too that’s why I’m trying to talk to people who have actually done it. Let me know when you get your advisor. Hopefully we get the same one, and maybe even be in the same class
  7. Hi Bay Area RN, That brings me so much relief. I don’t want to be creepy or anything but would it be okay if I got your contact info. I would love to talk to you more about it. I just have so many questions but I want to talk to someone who has done the program and won't just feed me what I want to hear. If not, no worries I completely understand. I’m knew to this “all nurses” site. I’m not sure how to send a direct message for you to see only.
  8. Oh that’s the same with me!! Have you been assigned your student support advisor?
  9. Hi, That’d be awesome if we did start together. Are you talking about November as in start Oct 26th?
  10. Hi Bay Area RN, I'm thinking about starting the RN-BSN (Online) Program at Chamberlain. You're probably done by now, but I wanted to ask you how you liked the program. I am so conflicted as I am already enrolled in a different RN-BSN program, but it is extremely rigorous and so time consuming. I don't know whether to make the transition or not. Can I know about your experience going through courses at Chamberlain?
  11. Hi Moreni95, How has your nursing experience been going so far? Are you liking the RN-BSN (online) route at Chamberlain?
  12. Hi rmc65, Have you started your RN-BSN (online) classes? If so, how do you like it so far?
  13. Hello all, For my RN-BSN students, how are you liking the program so far?? I'm still on the verge of officially becoming a student starting October 2020. I've read so many reviews about the BSN program vs. the RN-BSN program. Thankfully there a lot more positive reviews for the RN-BSN route. However, I'd still like to know, Is the RN-BSN (online) route still overwhelmingly challenging/rigorous? Any information would be super helpful.
  14. Hi, I'm hoping I only have to take the bare minimum classes too. Thankfully they're only 8 weeks so time will still go by fast. My coworker also mentioned how much she enjoys Chamberlain and she's about to finish also, she just applied for graduation. I'm looking to start October 2020. The admission advisor is in the process of completing my evaluation to see how many classes I need to take.
  15. Hi Nagab, Have you thought about when you'd start? ?
