You may have to retake your prerequisites or do a GPA booster you can get A+ in. I would do what you are good at. If you’re good at math, take an intro to math course. At Western University you can take an online course called Math 1229 and it’s the easiest math course in Canada. If you’re good with memorization and readings do an introduction to psychology course.

I agree look out of province! University of Saskatoons average is not as competitive (this year was a 71%). Trent university in Ontario. And there’s a 3 year program in BC as well. Many colleges offer the exact same nursing program as well but have lower competitive average so always worth applying!

I’ve heard MRU is incredibly hard to get into for nursing. So sorry to hear, that is really discouraging. Calgary will take your prerequisites and then the last 15 credits you completed whether they were single courses or from your diploma or degree. Whichever was the newest stuff not including prerequisites. I don’t think they have started going off the wait list yet but it’s still early. Best of luck!

If this is the same thing they used for nursing then I’m not sure how I already got accepted. I believe the attachment I have below is what they use but don’t quote me on that one.

They take your prerequisites and then your last 15 credits NOT including your prerequisites If they fall into the last credits! I had that notice for about 2 weeks as well.
