Thanks for the rundown of the program! It definitely gave me a better understanding of how the program is. I'm assuming interviews are not happening this year, so people with high gpas and who have passed the casper will get a spot. what was your GPA before accepting your offer?

Nah, I actually go to York tho ? I'm currently finishing up my fourth year and since I wanted a change of scenery and my overall GPA is on the lower side, I applied to Uoft, Nipissing and Mac instead. But York's program I heard is really great and I'm sure you'll like it ?

Hey, I'm planning to apply to Sheridan Practical Nursing for this upcoming Fall. I'll be graduating university with a non-science degree but I didn't realize I wanted to go into nursing until later. My university GPA is quite low but my high school average is roughly a 80%, all university courses. I was wondering if there's anybody else applying this fall on here and what your averages are.

Right!! There definitely isn’t much information about the SPP program compared to the other accelerated programs, I’m just looking through old forums to get some info LOL. But it seems intriguing.

Hey I’ve applied to their program too. I got the info about making a student account in an envelope through the mail about 2 weeks after I applied. Also, I believe we just send our transcripts by OUAC. If you have any doubts email them [email protected]. Hope this helps!

Hey guys, For anyone that has taken a fifth year because they did not get in after they graduated with their first degree, did you continue as a non-degree student or enrol for a second degree to boost GPA? I know it’s early in the process and I’m hoping to get in this year but my low GPA worries me. I just wanna see what my best options are just incase.
