  1. I remember it being about 8-10 questions. You have unlimited attempts to answer and I think you have about 2 minutes to answer each question. You can watch each recording and decide if you want to re-record. Good luck!
  2. I think on the slides it said 4-6 weeks.
  3. Mine updated to "in review." Last time, they sent out an email notification that the application was sent to the hiring manager, about 2 weeks later they sent out interview invites, and then the interviews took place about 6 weeks after that According to the timeline, the interviews are supposed to take place in May.
  4. I think they are still reviewing apps. I just received an email last night that mine was forwarded on. Good luck!
  5. I did earlier, too. I filled it out and just received an email that my app was forwarded to the hiring leader for consideration. Although I've had this happen a few times in the past and wasn't contacted. I think DEU is the Dedicated Education Unit.
  6. I haven't heard anything from St. Francis and haven't seen anything in the fb group either. I think in the meet and greet they said they were going to take 1 person.
  7. I'm not sure if we can ask questions during the interview since there will likely be 4 candidates and the interview is 1 hour. In a Stanford Palo Alto webinar, they said that there would be no time for questions, but that was their process. Good luck to everyone on their interviews this week!
  8. Which units did you apply to?
  9. Has anyone received an invite for Adult Bridge or Adult Surgical at St. Francis?
  10. The deadline for people to respond to the preferred dates for an interview is on Monday. I would think if some people decline or don't respond, it may open up spots for others. Good luck!
  11. Thank you! I don't live in the area. The email didn't say what department, just that it was a panel interview. They also added that the ED is now available and that I could resubmit my supplemental app and update my choices if I wanted to be considered for that.
  12. I just got offered an interview. Good luck to everyone! Do you know how long after the interviews will they make their decision?
  13. This is a discussion for the Stanford Tri-Valley New Grad Residency Program in Pleasanton, for Spring 2025. The interview invites will be going out this week (1/20/25).
  14. I was told by the BON that it could take 3+ months to endorse over to CA. I would call your representative at the BON and see what the timeframe is now, and if it could be sped up.
  15. I emailed HR asking for clarification and then I received a text that said I wasn't selected about an hour later. I would email her if you haven't heard back yet. Good luck!
  16. Congratulations! ? Did they notify you today, by any chance? I still haven't heard back (from a different unit) and my status is still "Under Consideration."
  17. You can check your application status if you don't receive anything. Also, during the connectivity test, it was mentioned that all offers would go out today and people would have 24 hours to accept, and then the next day offers would be sent for positions that hadn't been accepted. So I think if we don't hear back today, then there's always tomorrow.
  18. Hopefully HR can figure it out for you. Did you email her yet?
  19. OMG! When was the last time you checked it before then? Do you think there's a chance you accidentally tapped the withdraw option?
  20. This is true. And I agree, we are interviewing them too. It's ideal when you find a great fit! I interviewed with PACU.
