Hi I know this thread was from a while back but I was wondering if the psych floor at ucla only has medically stable pts ? Do nurses start IV’s and stuff there? Thanks

Hi everyone ! I applied to psych 4 east at UCLA last week and I got an email a few days ago saying my application has been sent to the hiring manager for further consideration. Does anyone know when we should expect to hear back or if it's a good sign that we will get an interview? Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!

Yeah, it was definitely nerve-wracking. Did they make you do a role-play scenario? I hope we get it!

Yeah, it was a lot of "tell me about a time when..." and then a role-play scenario. Let me know how it goes! The program starts septemer 12, I believe.

Thanks! I just finished the interview and OMG I was so intimidated, I thought only the psych department was going to interview me but it was all the floors.

Hey everyone! Has anyone applied to the psych unit new grad program at Glendale? Does anyone have any insight on working on that unit? Has anyone gotten an interview yet?
