Do you guys think they'll have sent out all their interviews by tomorrow before the webinar next week?

Yes it was. I checked every so often to see when the application would be posted.

Same! Also nothing on my end. They also just sent out that theyre going through a recruitment scam (?) on their website so double check the email of who is sending invitations to interview just in case!

Thank you!! Second time! First time I applied to SM ICU. I had an ICU rotation and was a tech on the TCV ICU. Preceptorship was on a acute/PCU floor.

OMG received the offer call!!

Ah unfortunately they didn't. We ran out of time so they didn't say much after my last question. My app status changed to "Interview / Onboarding" when I checked this morning though. Not sure if that's leaning more on the interview part or the onboarding ?

2nd interview was definitely more intense and in-depth I would say. Prepare more clinical scenarios, still all behavioral

Did you have a second interview last time?!

I was surprised too! It was suppose to be three but the other person couldnt make it. At another hospital for the 2nd interview, it was more or less the same (more focus on behavioral) but much more relax and more just trying to get to know me as a person so I'll probably prepare the same

Received an email for a 2nd panel interview for SM

SM 5MN (the intermediate care unit). I think it went okay, I was definitely nervous and stumbled on some of my words. But overall I really enjoyed chatting with them. It felt like a comfortable and easy back-and-forth

Wow I'm surprised they're interviewing next week! My application for UCSD Med-Surg still says "referred to hiring department"
