  1. I just added you on insta, if you have any time for a few words of advice I would appreciate it so so so much. thank you
  2. I feel the exact same way! I keep trying to not take it personally but like I spent the last 2 years working 50+h a week in the hospital with no staffing, no PPE, and on my only days off I volunteer at the food bank and local clinics, I had great letters of rec from MD and RN only to watch others with 0 medical or volunteer experience get in no problem? IDK what they're even looking for in an applicant but apparently its not me and I'll have to get over it but I'm just so sad.
  3. Thanks so much for taking time to tell me about your experience it’s helping me get some closure bc I’m sure it’s the end of the line for me. I’m really glad you were able to get into the program and I think you’ll be an awesome nurse!!
  4. hey sorry to bother you about this but do you know of anyone else in your class this happened to? It was like radio silence then your email came randomly the 20th? I didn't get an email when everyone else here got theirs for waitlist/acceptance and I just want to know if what happened to you might be something I should hold out hope for or if your situation was so unique that I should accept the no email as a rejection. I felt like I was a competitive applicant but after Friday I feel like an absolute idiot for thinking that about myself LOL.
  5. The work day is ending soon so I doubt we will receive any word today they’ll probably push it all the way till next week. If they release the acceptances in waves I guess we could still have a chance.
  6. I haven’t received anything still. I’m taking it as a rejection based on that they’ve already extended waitlist invites to at least 20 people ?
  7. I’m at this point as well. I haven’t heard anything either. It would be really cruel to not email us a rejection till next week LOL I just want to know
  8. I haven’t gotten anything either and it’s already 2pm. IDK what to do.
  9. If it’s not in my inbox tomorrow IDK what I’m going to do I can’t wait another week I’m losing it ?
  10. hey everyone I went back and re-read the 2021 thread and it looks like feb 12th was the day everyone started getting their emails so I'm guessing ours will be this Friday the 11th.
  11. I plan on taking it thru UCB online if I get in! Its self paced and it looks like the cheapest option.
  12. Checking my email 50x a day this week. I am terrified. Do you guys think waitlist positions will be sent the same time as admissions or even later into feb?
  13. I read on the forums for the last 2 years that its been the 2nd or 3rd week of feb for the acceptance emails and later into march for the waitlist ones! I am beyond nervous I'm trying to not check my email every 5 seconds.
  14. if its not too big of an ask, could you share some of your thoughts about the program so far and your experience during this stage of the app process? I am so so nervous for feb.
  15. hey everyone, I'm applying this cycle as well, I just finished reading the entire 2021 thread and I from what they said it looks like feb 12th as the day to start checking our emails! I will be patiently freaking out until then LOL
