Has anyone heard from adult ambulatory? also anyone have interviews with more than one department?

Was the work experience form sent right after the reference check or a few days after? I got the reference check but no work experience form yet.

Reference checks after interviews usually means they have made a decision (it’s a good sign ?) I highly doubt there will be third interviews for the transitional track since the second interview was so delayed and the leaders from the units were already in the second interview. So I think next step is an offer

It looks like they are very much behind. I received an email at 2:09 AM pst saying that I will be scheduled for a department interview but interview date has not been confirmed yet. They said they’d have an update ~soon~ good luck to you all!

They may send the interview invites over the course of a few days. I saw someone on here get an invite for the unit I applied to yesterday and I got my invitation today! Don't lose hope yet and if its not in it for you this round there is always next time! good luck.

For those of you that see “in review” on your account but no email, check your junk/spam folder. The initial confirmation email I received went to my junk folder. do we know if everyone’s status is supposed to change to this or does it mean we are in a much smaller applicant pool now ?

I believe in the webinar they said interviews would be in May and that we’d get interview requests sometime in April. My application still just says “complete” and “submitted”

Is there supposed to be more than one assessment?

Yes, in the webinar they said that interviews will be held in May but we should know if we have been selected for an interview sometime in April. Not sure if the deadline extension will delay that timeline
