  1. I failed multiple times and tried different reviews. UWorld is good if you already have a great detail of nursing content. Their questions honestly are wayyyyyy overboard. They write paragraphs LOL the NCLEX is straight forward and sometimes vague. I had like a 54 percent on total of questions in UWorld. It was OK but won't be a first option for me I tried Kaplan.... I liked it for being hard and looks more like the NCLEX. Rationales are OK but it's the way their questions are.. they are hard. And if you pass Kaplan and get like 55 and higher...most of time you'll be fine for the NCLEX... My favorite one was Passpoint lippincott review. It's like a level type of review. Shows you the level you are at and how often your getting better at it. Rationales are awsome.. it has like 15k questions I liked it. But I combined it with Kaplan and it did well for me ( thank you god). I also just wanted to freshing up with content so I bought remar quick facts.... about 80 pages of easy to remember content. I was outta school for like 3 years so I just wanted to freshin up. Test is hard to.. they are smart in making you think very very hard on what to answer. Good luck and keep at it.
