  2. Hi everyone! I'm new to this thread and I just wanted to share my stats to show that you don't always need the best GPA to get in. I got my acceptance letter this morning! My overall GPA was 3.06, last 60 unit GPA was about a 3.3, and my science GPA was around 3.4. I honestly didn't think I would get in with my grades. I have about 120 hours of volunteering in a clinic and hospital setting and have worked in a medical research lab. Not sure if my volunteer experience is what boosted my application but just wanted to give hope to those with lower GPAs.
