I'm also looking into applying for on-campus graduate housing, but was wondering if you knew around what time they usually send out notices letting you know that you secured a spot (because of the housing lottery)/when they let everyone start moving in? I'm just wondering in case I need to start looking for alternative housing options nearby. Thank you again!

I received my acceptance letter earlier this morning!! Also for reference, I was waitlisted and eventually rejected for the Fall 2021 cohort, but applied again this year and got in! So congratulations to all those accepted, and best of luck to all those waitlisted or still waiting for a decision ? I'm a strong believer that everything happens for a reason and you'll end up exactly where you need to be!!

Hi, I applied as well! Thank you for starting this thread :). I'm not too sure when interviews will be held, but I noticed in the past forums that the interviews were pre-recorded videos that you sent in of yourself answering prompts given by the admissions committee. Not sure if this will be applicable to our application cycle but guess we'll just have to wait and see! Best of luck to y'all :).

I also did not get an email confirmation that my application was submitted, but after looking through previous cohorts' forums, we don't get one, just a confirmation that the payment for our application was received. Hi! From an info session I went to in-person a while ago at the OC campus, they mentioned that more people tend to apply for fall! I'm not too sure of the ratios and if maybe they have more apps this year bc of covid, but I think Summer usually receives less! Also hi everyone, hope y'all are doing well! I emailed admissions about 1 week ago to send in an updated transcript, and they said, "a status update will be available sometime in April", so hopefully that means early April LOL

Hello! Has anyone taken any courses through Columbia's OPEN prerequisite program? If so, how are the classes structured/are the exams proctored or open book? I'm planning to take A&P2 and possibly Microbio so any insight would help! ?
