Is being placed on the "offer waitlist" mean you will definitely have a position once the hire freeze ends? Or will not everyone on the waitlist be offered a definite position?

I'm still waiting! Does anyone mind sharing their credentials? Any prior hospital experience? Certifications? Volunteer?

I am interested in working in the ED and have been looking at NY Health + Hospitals careers website. When applying the only ED position has a requirement of "1+ year post-license ER experience". I was wondering if this was the position people applied for or if there was an ER position specifically for new graduates?
