buddy of mine told me... I should find another job. nobody is forcing me to be a nurse.

how do you feel when people tell you the "unites states economy is MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR (as nurses) SAFETY. ?"

I had a conversation with somebody, and informed them nurses were starting to protest protesters. they person basically said it's all about self perseverance and they don't care if nurses die. they do not believe in the strategies to mitigate improper PPE, staffing shortages, hospital capacity, etc... healthcare related. because the threat doesn't exist or is minimal. as long as they can get back to work and have a steady income, "we don't care about nurses."

what are your options for income? are you on PAID disability?
