I’m pretty sure someone said they got in with a B in psy230.

this truly does not make sense. If you have a perfect app, how can ppl who have gotten even one B have gotten in over you? this scares me, because I will have all A’s with everything completed for Spring, but an applicant whose app is not as strong can be accepted over me??

I agree. I asked the same question about tie-breakers several pages back but never received any kind of answer. it seems kind of unfair if ppl have the exact same qualifications that they don’t move to another requirement (GPA, etc.) to determine. I’m not applying until Spring, but it’s kind of scary LOL. it feels like a total lottery.

yes, I was just saying that I had thought GPA was a factor, too. I bet a LOT of applicants have As in those courses, live in county, and have taken co-reqs. I understand how TEAS is no longer a factor, but what will be the tie-breakers now?

I’m guessing it’s just grades in pre-reqs and then completion of any co-reqs? it seems like there must be tons of ppl with As in all of the above. how will they cut down that pool??
