Oh boy is this ever true. I called one out just recently. She has an awful attitude and I refuse to play nice with her anymore. She disappears for like a half hour or longer at a time and got all mad at me when I reported her to the charge nurse for her awful attitude and the “help” when I asked her. She acts like doing her job is such a burden. I seriously dread it when we work in the same section. I don’t mind helping my CNAs at all and I prefer it to be a collaborative effort. It’s just almost impossible with some other people. With the difficult ones, create a paper trail with reports and write ups. This is not to say all CNAs are bad. I work with some great ones.

Cool. Do you know the dates of interviews? One person on here said they are the 1st through the 3rd.

One person on here said she/he heard back. I submitted everything on the 13th and haven’t heard anything. They may be pushing the interviews back, but not sure.

Did you get the email about the online assessment and quiz? Also, interviews are the week of a June 1. Could be any day that week and I imagine that is tentative. They could have pushed back interviews

Do they have a time limit post graduation? I finished my BSN in December 2019.

I have not heard back from them yet. I did complete the assessment and test.

Hi. It looks like they have a new grad program, but I have no idea what their interview process is like. I have applied. Keeping my fingers crossed.

It seems like people have heard from Memorial. I haven’t heard from Sharp CV or Coronado. Maybe each facility is going through applications on their own time.

I applied to Sharp CV and have not heard anything from them either. Sharp Coronado was my second choice and I have not heard anything from them or Sharp CV yet.

Has anyone that applied to Sharp Chula Vista heard anything back from Sharp about the New Grad program?

Are these offers for new grad positions or the other positions regarding the need for extra staff? If for new grads, can you please tell me which facility?
