What questions were you asked during your interview?

Im trying to find information about the scope of practice (medication pass, IV's, blood, etc) for lvn/lpn in both Kansas and Arkansas, I checked the BON but I'm unable to find anything specific. If there are any practicing lvn/lpn that can help me further research this? I would gratefully appreciate it! thank you!

youre still waiting for your enrollment appointment?? didn't you get accepted in March? I got accepted into the BSN program may 19th, my financial aid award letter June 2nd, and just had my enrollment appointment this morning.

I just got done with my enrollment and im so happy Alma didn't make me turn on my webcam. but that means I got all dressed up for nothing LOL

just curious for those of y'all who have done the enrollment appointment via zoom. did you just have just audio on or were you required to have webcam on too?

do you know what quarter you will be starting off in for the BSN program? I have my first 4 quarters done from my associates in prenursing except for the Galen pathway to success (GPS 1200) and Cultural diversity (CLD 2105) and I believe clinicals dont start until quarter 6. Have you been told if we need CPR certification and immunizations for Quarter 5 since there is a lab?

I have but I feel like I’m annoying my Admissions counselor at this point LOL. I asked him when I would most likely find out if a seat opens up and he said “I do not know if and when additional seats will become available. We currently have 13 people enrolled. We plan to enroll 40 students.”

Congratulations! When did you find out? Were you an alternate? I’m still waiting to hear something ?

Okay so I finally got a straight answer. I was told it doesn’t say accepted or denied because I'm one of those selected as a alternative for the BSN program. So if a seat becomes available then I’m accepted. I guess it’s more of the waiting game now ?

Just heard back from crystal she said “We currently are still working on starting our April start. Once we start in April we will then start working on July readmission. The latest you will hear something will be the beginning of June” again, still don’t know what they mean by readmissions if this is my first time applying, I hope I don’t have to reapply again?

My admissions counselor just emailed me because saying “I do not see an Accepted nor Denied status. It depends on when your Re-admissions request was submitted. (They also have deadlines reentry.) Please check with Crystal.” I'm not sure who crystal even is, I just checked campus contacts on my galen student portal and I do not see a crystal? And this is also my first time applying so I’m not sure where he got reentry/re-admissions? This is so confusing LOL

I got a 117 on the PAX and I still haven't heard anything either LOL. Do they email rejection letters? Honestly I'm just stressed because I have nothing that solidifies that I've been rejected so I'm just here waiting ?. I agree, 2020 has been the worst haha
