Has anyone registered for classes yet? I got my acceptance Friday, paid my deposit, got access to Connect.mercy.edu; However, I don't know how to go about registering for classes. I am confused on what the letters for each day stand for; I see M, R,T, and F.

My understanding is that Mercy is Accredited. I also got accepted into LIU, I've picked my classes out and all; however, Mercy is closer to me. I just got Mercy's acceptance Friday, and I paid the deposit. I am just waiting to register for the classes, and speak with a counselor to make my final decision between both schools. I finally got my acceptance! I'm super excited! Does anyone know how long does the portal take to update so I can make the deposit?

OMGG. I am in the same situation; however, I am still waiting on Mercy. I got into the traditional at LIU since I was missing general Biology. I got into the accelerated program at mount Saint Vincent but I have to take organic Chemistry. I was thinking of taking organic online on portage. I heard they accept it from that online site. Have you decided where to go?

I applied for the accelerated, and my acceptance letter said congrats you were accepted to the Summer nursing program. It wasn’t clear as in accelerated or traditional. I called and spoke with someone and they told me due to the fact that I am missing two classes I am accepted into the traditional because I am missing those two classes. I fell under the 3.3 GPA for the accelerated because of the two classes I am missing.

Yes. I suggest you to email (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) a mad send a copy of the classes you registered for and let her know you want to register for the fall.I am assuming they will register you for the traditional since they don’t have grades available to register you for accelerated.

Maybe you can ask if taking the CLEP makes up the credits for you. Maybe CLEP exam has a Statistics edition.. for Algebra they said I can.

Hi All. Same thing happen to me. I have to re take Algebra because is over five years old, and General BIO. I asked if I take the classes and have B or better if I can start the accelerated program in the fall but they couldn’t guarantee it. Instead, she said I can take the CLEP exam to make up for the math, and do the BIO over the Summer (at LIU or another school) and start the traditional in the fall. I think that’s what I am aiming for. I figure settle for the traditional because I don’t want to wait until Spring. And if I take the math class and don’t get in the accelerated it’s going to be a lot of money and a waste of time. I will be taking general bio at another school. As long as you send them the screen shot of the registration they can help you enroll into the classes for the fall.

I called today and made my deposit but they didn’t say anything about pushing it to the Spring. I hope I don’t get pushed for the Spring cohort. ????

Hi Congratulations to all that were accepted! I also was accepted and told I have to take general BIO over. (Will have to do the traditional program) I looked on the site and it does mention it but it didn't even cross my mind. I understood my a&p1, a&p2 were considered BIO. Do you know if you will begin Nursing classes along with the BIO. My acceptance letter says I was accepted for the Summer program. I am confused if they will be having me take the BIO course only, or will I be doing it simultaneously with a few nursing classes. Also, I finally logged in CastleBranch for the clinical requirements, and the e-learning portion is not available until they register me and I believe is due by May 1st. Did you or anyone complete the required documents?

I did get accepted to LIU Brooklyn ABSN but they are asking me to do general biology over the Summer. LIU said I can start the traditional program; however, I applied for the accelerated. That is throwing me off my plans. I already too time off school due to COVID and work. I need to get into the accelerated at Mercy.?
