Hey what is the actual group name?

UPDATE So far the professor has taken 2 weeks to answer the first email, responded to another several days later, responds to a message calling me by the wrong name (my name was right in the email), then responding to the SAME email a MONTH later. I legitimately think she isn't all there. To top it off, her grading is atrocious. She puts random highlights on the paper that is supposed to indicate... what exactly? She later told me its to indicate something I did wrong... but then never tells you what it is you did wrong. It's pretty ridiculous.

I would get ahold of Capella. They are great about responding when it comes to getting your business. Don't expect to get the same timely help from professors nor flex-path coaches.

Hey everyone, I just started the program in March. I'm definitely struggling a bit with the format. I realize we are on our own, but I figured there would be some sort of powerpoint or video lecture. For those that don't know... there isn't. Here are 3 papers on topics that we aren't going to teach you anything about... here are the 25 things we want in each one... go. No instruction of any kind. This is unlike anything I've ever experienced. Beyond the rant... I really do want to be successful but here are a few of my issues so far. Perhaps someone has some feedback or suggestions. I've been out of school since 2008 and went through ALL of school (HS, College, paramedic school and nursing school) without writing any papers. So, you can imagine how hard this might be. Another issue I'm finding is the lack of communication / feedback from the professor. I've messaged her over 2 days ago and have yet to receive a response. Her grading is weird with random highlighted spots and underlined areas but no real notes as to what it is she's trying to point to so how am I to correct the paper. (I got an A on the paper but I'd still like to know what she counted off for.) Third - I'm not sure the point to the "coach". Again, it seems to take forever for them to get back to anyone. Does anyone have some insight? There also doesn't seem to be any network of classmates? I don't know folks. I just feel so overwhelmed. PS - Anyone know the facebook group link?
