Has anyone received an interview from advanced heart failure?

So I called yesterday as well. I spoke to a female recruiter, I didn't get her name. She said to refer back to the website on any information. She also said they (recruiters) are not updated regarding offers and that's between the hiring manager and applicant. This is my first time applying, so I have a few questions. (Not sure if anyone can answer this, but it's worth a shot) Do people normally get a verbal offer first? Or can you still get the position without a verbal offer? Since today marks two weeks for some interviews, is it safe to say that they chose someone already?

Has anyone heard anything? The wait/anticipation is killing me. I rather get my rejection letter, so I can just move on already LOL.

Does anyone know if they send out reference checks? I know with other programs, they send out references right after the interview.
