Hi! Nothing has changed for me yet. My app status still says "In Process, In Review" in green. No emails or phone calls received either! I have a feeling things will start rolling out tomorrow and Wednesday!

Hi!! Congrats on putting in your applications - such an exciting step closer to your future goals! Our class of 2025 application process was extremely different compared to classes before us - we applied and were sent acceptances but were forced to defer for an entire year due to staffing vacancies at Chabot. I'm hearing they are still planning to bring a cohort in for Fall 2024. I spoke with our director recently and she mentioned they are in the final steps of application review for you all and will be sending out acceptances pretty soon. Good luck to you!

I received an email notification this morning stating that I was not selected due to not meeting the communications requirement, however, I took and passed that requirement so this is an unfortunate situation... CONGRATULATIONS to those accepted/alternates and best of luck to those waiting! ?

It really is!! LOL. I just really wish they’d send an update like “hey, keep your cool, we’re still working on applications” LOL patience really is a virtue but it’s sooooo hard to be patient for this! Good luck to you!! Fingers crossed we hear something (anything!!) soon!

Same here! A while back, I was reading through previous application year threads and it seems as though they were 1-2 weeks late from the April 30 deadline ?

This is also my first time applying to programs. I applied to a total of 5 programs (ARC and SCC being 2 of those 5). So far, I have only heard from SCC and unfortunately, was not randomly selected in that lottery. It really is a bummer, but really hoping to get good news from at least ONE LOL! Wishing you the best of luck throughout your nursing application journey!

The wait is killing me!! I REALLY hope notifications are actually being sent out this week...another program I applied to, decided they won't be sending out notifications until September!! Good luck everyone!

Hi all!! Just received an email from SCC regarding acceptance to Fall ‘20/Spring ‘21 and unfortunately was not randomly selected in the lottery. Just thought I’d let y’all know they’re starting to send out those emails!! Good luck to everyone waiting!

Yayyyyyy!! to all those getting updated applications!! How exciting (and scary!) that acceptance time is getting closer. I will be looking out for an update on mine too but as of now, nothing yet! Fingers crossed and best to all ?
