The anticipation these past few days has been unreal, but this past hour is even greater! I hope we get some acceptance emails soon!

Got an email back from them a couple of days back. Due to the pandemic, they're a bit delayed in their process but expect to send them out early/mid-July.

Did anyone by chance email Langara in regards to sending out offers? They usually send out offers 2nd or 3rd week of July but with our current situation, there may be a delay by Langara to send them out. Just curious and anxious!

I would try to improve the GPA to at least a 3.6, if you don't get accepted.

Circumstances may be affected, or not at all. Personally, I feel GPA may be lower than the previous intakes. Again, it's just guesses at this point.
