Who knows what it is. Maybe it’s a lot of people applying and it’s like who do you pick first kind of thing. A lot of people are smart. I spoke with one of the admissions people also about my situation over the phone. She still encouraged me to apply and just wait it out. But I’m gonna try the early decision thing and see if that makes a difference. Just gotta keep tying until I get it.

Yes I have 3 semesters worth of volunteer work at the hospital and a local community health center. I’m gonna try early decision next time and see what happens.

Yes. I added a one paragraph addendum to the last page of my resume. I will try adding it as a separate optional document next time; plus I will apply early decision and see if that does anything. I was a little heartbroken when I got the rejection.

I took all of them in one semester and got good grades. I just have to keep trying. I figure if I keep knocking on the door, they are bound to open it at some point.

I have a graduate degree with a 3.5 GPA, low undergrad GPA. still got rejected. A’s and b’s in my prereqs. It doesn’t matter. I’m not going to go for a BSN when I already have a graduate degree. Just have to keep trying to get in.

I would like to reapply for Spring 2021 but I’m not sure if I should change something in my application as the rejection letter says decision to reject application is due “to our best estimate of your credentials in comparison with those of other applicants.” I have 1.5 years worth of volunteer experience at hospital, a graduate degree in mental health with a 3.5 GPA, a 2.61 undergrad GPA, a’s and b’s in all Prereqs. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Your probably right. I applied on the same date you did. I was told today that I would get decision at the end of this month. Who knows? They probably say different things to everyone. LOL.

I applied In February. I called school and the representative told me at the end of this month I should get word. Hopefully it’s a good word.

I totally get it. Applying to any top notch school is super stressful. I have my doubts too. At the same time, I know that the grades I got in undergrad I would NEVER get now. But, gotta think positive and whatever will be will be. I hope so also...for everyone.
