The first year

LOL well I texted her bc no one answered my lil 15min video thingy. So she knew I was enailing her. But she answered right back ?

OK so I sent my questions in an email. Residency is for a year with a 2 yr commitment. For those curious about specialty pay she said no we dont get specialty pay but after we finish the residency we get like a $5.45 raise as a RN II. It starts either on Aug 15th or 31st & benefits kick in the 1st of following month.

OK so I was in my zoom meeting for 5:45 on the dot and no one ever came to the video chat? WTH
