Hey guys, I have declined my offer to the program so an alternate spot should be coming up. I am going to go to La County nursing program. Sadly I already did everything I needed for this school. So I have some uniforms that I bought I can sell at a cheaper price If anyone wants to get extra uniforms. I have 1 M nursing Jacket. 1 S pants. 1M pants. 2M shirts. I declined my offer so there should be a spot opening up! By the way there only 1 nursing counselor for the whole program so that's probably why the communication is so bad. If you have been accepted into any other program I would go there instead of LASC. I heard a lot of bad reviews due about the teaching and how unorganized the program is. Which shows in their NCLEX passing rates. I also took pharm here with one of the nursing professors and it was horrible totally unorganized. They base the test off the ATI TEAS packets. I met a lady who works at my doctors office who is in her last semester and she said it so hard to understand the content and she does not feel prepared because they just read off the PowerPoints. I let her know that LASC was the closest school to me and she said recommend that I choose a different program and that the drive is worth it because she literally teaching her self and just reading the books.

In pre-req for science I got all A's. other classes were A's and B's. got an 83% on the TEAS test. GPA 3.5 and 1 bonus point for working as a CNA. 89 points in total and the interview for this cohort was canceled due to COVID
