I am from LA! I am stressed out about moving too! But enjoy your moment right now and worry about it in two months. I don’t plan on taking a whole lot of stuff. There’s probably no space anyway. You can look into GreyHound Package Express, USHIP, Amtrak Express Shipping (currently suspended due to COVID) or even UPS Ground. I’m still exploring options but those are what I’ve learnt so far.

Is everyone going to attend the Admitted Student Virtual Experience? Congrats on the acceptance ? My stats: GPA 3.95 and 3.54 for my undergrad schools (business major) Prereqs: A+ and As Experiences: Military, First-gen immigrant, Research admin, Hospital volunteer, community volunteer Accepted into MDE/FNP!

My guess is that they will only send out the timeline after everyone gets the "your app has passed the initial review" email.

Don’t want to alarm anyone but the admissions said they ain’t sure if the first round will be ready before the holidays. I guess we just need to patient and see what the mass communication email says.

Hi! sorry I know this is an old post but I would like to follow up on your comment. I’m in the process of going to nursing school (RN+FNP) and I would love to relocate to Oregon after I graduate. From what I’ve heard, the job market is very saturated in OR due to the high amount of nursing schools in the area. How did you land your first job as a new grad? Is it inpatient or outpatient? Primary care or speciality? Any tips on the job hunting? Thank you so much!

Congratulations for getting into JHU! It’s a great school!! I believe NYU has less available seats than CUSON. Please don’t get discouraged by one rejection. Schools look for very different applicants each year to ensure they have a diverse cohort. How soon do you need to commit to JHU? Would you be able to postpone your acceptance to Fall? If I were you, I would wait for first round decision and then decide if it’s worth it for me to keep waiting.

Hi! I do not think anyone here would be able to tell you how much more difficult it is to get into Columbia versus NYU. When do you need to commit to NYU? We are supposed to find out the first round decision in mid December.

Needless to say, everyone is ANXIOUS to find out whether or not they get accepted. The fact is CUSON hasn't posted a timeline and supposedly the first round will be released in December before the holidays. We can be confident in our ability to get in and anxious at the same time. Our future life is depending on it.

Today is not the last day. They still have two deadlines coming up, Dec 1st and Jan15th. Many more acceptances in the future!
