I was waitlisted soon after the acceptances were out. I just got a decision update from the school and the email said the fall class is now full and unfortunately I will not be part of the fall class of 2021. Best wishes to my fellow waitlisted applicants out there, I hope some of you got good news.

Hey guys, I will be coming from out of state and was wondering if anyone knew how the classes are getting carried out. I heard some schools are doing lecture online only because of covid so we are required to fly in before clinical placements. I emailed admissions but have not heard back yet.

I also received the email. This time there wasn’t an option to pick if you wait or decline, it just said submit.

I’m from Colorado, but visited Rochester a couple of times and loved the school. If accepted I’ll be moving up there. It’s my first out of state so I feel like majority of my stress comes from the move bc I don’t know when I should start looking. Any reccs on good neighborhood to live?

Lol if it happens on the 14th it’ll be one heck of a valentines gift! I bet all of us will be looking at our phones till 8pm on Friday, bc the previous cohort got it then.

I have a feeling that mid feb might mean around the 15th but it’s the weekend and the The following Monday is Presidents’ Day, so I feel like they’ll be sending it out after the holiday......

I agree. When the other post mentioned 10th I literally checked my phone every 10 mins till the office closed yesterday.

what other programs are you applying to? If you get accepted to this program do they take your new grade?

Same here, I’ve been stressing over this program since the last week of January. I also hope they will let us know on the 10th instead of it being pushed back.

Did they by chance tell you how it will be sent? This wait game is killer.

I read that for those who had it in December submitted their application early. I didn’t get notified till mid/late December to schedule the interview for January. I submitted my Application close to the due date.

Congrats on your other acceptance Gabriellao126, do you by chance know how the school will get back to you? When I spoke with my interviewer she said by mail but I read the previous 2019 forum and everyone was discussing how they got calls or had to call.

Hello, I thought I had stumbled upon a may 2020 forum but it must have been the 2019. I wanted to open a MAY 2020 to see where everyone is at on their wait/interviews, and for those like me who are out of state, if you had already looked into housing options. If any locals/previous students can give some pointers that will be great!
